There are 160 employees of the plant.
The summary power of instaled heat energy is ca. 300 MWt.
All the objects of the plants are located on 158 ha , party ( ca. 8
ha) use and the rest in lifetime use.

The water boiler WP-140 put to use at 01.01.1991, it was made using
hermetical shileds with burner technology.
The water part of the Heat-generating plant "Północ" works
close with boiler WP-140 in one heat network and covers requirements for heating of
communal and industrial receivers.
